ITIL I have just passed by ITI Foundation course with 36/40. I did find it hard but the instructor we had was great.
My dog is called Willow after the character in Buffy the vampire slayer.
She is very smart and has a big tongue.

The origins of the family name BUTLER
The use of surnames appears to have started in about the year 1000, introduced to bhe British Isles by the Normans during the 11th Century. They were a way of further identifying people, and were usually patronymic (eg John the Smith) or a nickname (eg John the Little). The name Butler is occupational, and comes from the Old French word "bouteillier", meaning either a bottle maker, or the servant in charge of the wine cellar.
Early records show a Hugo Buteiller in France in 1055; Alexander le butiller is recorded in Huntingdonshire in 1174, and a Baldwin le Buteilier is listed in the Pipe Rolls in Kent in 1200. Today, Butler is still the family name of five Irish Peers.
The ancient family motto was COMME, JE TROUVE, (French), meaning "As I find".
